If have been following me through my Instagram you would know I am obsessed with juices and smoothies. I would have them all day if I could.
Today lets see some differences between juices and smoothies and whether juicing and blending is your thing.
Smoothies
Smoothies are the result of blending fruits/vegetables or other ingredients together.
For smoothies, because it contain fiber in it you can store it longer without losing too much of its nutritional value.
The fiber acts like a sweepers clean your colons and sweeps all the nasty things that might stuck there out of your system. Smoothies also satisfied you longer because of the fiber.
Blender that is used to blend smoothies are more easy to clean than a juicer. Depends on the things you put in your smoothie, for me it can also satisfied my craving for ice-cream. My favourite combination so far are frozen banana + mangoes smoothies. Of course you need a little water to get the blender going and I usually will use plain water or coconut water. I would use soy milk too but rarely because I think anything that comes from a box, bottle are processed and contain preservatives that I would stay away from. Unless you made the soy milk yourself.

Juicing on the other hand is a process which extracts water and nutrients from produce and discards the fiber. Juices is an instant boost of nutrients! You can absorb the nutrients right away without need of digestion because the absence of fiber.
This can give your digestive system and your body a break and rest. The energy you use to digest can be move to other parts and work on deeper issues you might have for example healing.
Some people incorporated juice fasting to heal themselves. For example in the documentary "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead", Joe juice fast for 60 days to heal himself and he did. Check out the documentary, it will definitely inspired you to start juicing. Juice also gives you instant energy boost.
Although without fiber, juices are also great to flush your system out. But unlike a blender, juicer is quite hard to clean and depends on your juicer, you have to cut your vegetables and fruits. Juicer is also quite expensive than a blender.

mum sy rajin juicing. slalu dia sruh sy minum tuh. (sy tukang minum sj la. dia yg rajin blend2 sna sni...haha) once dia trun 5kg juz coz of juicing.
